Bang & Olufsen Beolink 5000 Remote Control Bad LCD Display With Fresh Batteries

The remote has been fully tested and every button works. However the LCD display does not work. It only shows a few dots on the screen. Otherwise It's in very good preowned condition.

The battery compartment has two small cracks on the frame rails. This does nothing negative to the remote and is cosmetic only. There are three fresh, new batteries installed. See pictures for more details.
